How much does Insiema cost?

Creating your wedding is free. You pay once for the modules you use – on their own or as a package from €39. There is no subscription.

Do our guests need an app or an account?

No. Every invitation has a personal link. Your guests reply there, add plus-ones and children, upload photos, sign the guest book and request songs – without signing up. On the big day a QR code shows them their seat.

Can we plan several celebrations?

Yes. Eve party, registry office, church or brunch the day after – each celebration has its own guest list, and your guests reply to each one.

Can our wedding planner work with us?

Yes. If your wedding planner uses Insiema, they plan right along with you. You can also invite your best man or maid of honour as helpers.

Is Insiema available in several languages?

Yes – English, German and Polish. Everyone picks their language, the invitation appears in the language of your wedding.

Where is our data stored?

On servers in the EU. We do not sell data and use no tracking and no ads.

I am a wedding planner – how do I become a partner?

Write to us at yes@insiema.wedding. You get your own subdomain with your branding and contract rates for your couples.
