This website works without cookies, tracking or analytics tools. Fonts, images and icons are loaded from our own server only.

Hosting and server log files

The website and the app are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, the server automatically processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system.

The purpose is secure and stable operation; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only as long as necessary for this purpose.

Account and wedding planning

For your account we store your name, email address and password (encrypted only). For the planning we store what you enter: wedding details, guests with contact details, replies, meal choices and allergies, seating plan, budget, vendors, cards and photos. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Information about allergies or intolerances may be health data. It is only stored if you or your guests enter it yourselves and only used to plan the food (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). It can be deleted at any time.

If you work with a wedding planner, they process the data of your wedding as a controller of their own or jointly with you; we provide the platform on their behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

We keep a change log and the time of your consent to the terms of use and the privacy policy (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

Guests

You as the couple enter your guests’ data and are responsible for collecting it; we process it on your behalf. Guests can reply via their personal invitation link, add plus-ones, children, meal choices and an email address, and upload photos. Photos are only visible to the couple and people with the album link.

Emails

Invitations, access links and information for vendors are sent via the platform’s mail server, only when you trigger them.

Payments

If you pay online, your name, email address and payment details are processed directly by our payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Depending on the payment method, other providers are involved (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, BLIK, Przelewy24). We do not store card or account details ourselves. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (contract, retention obligations).

Storage in the browser

The app only stores what is technically necessary: your sign-in and your chosen language. No consent is required for this (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC). There are no tracking cookies.

Deletion

You can have your data deleted at any time. After the wedding your planning is kept until you delete it or ask us to; invoice data is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to us at yes@insiema.wedding.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Polish one: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. You may also contact the authority in your own country.
